The challenge
Every university has its own processes. Information is scattered across emails, PDFs, and portals. Uni-List brings it all into one place.
How it works
01
Our team reads through your university's official guides, websites, and documents and turns them into a structured, step-by-step checklist.
02
Create a free account with your email. Tell us your nationality and we'll filter out the tasks that don't apply to you — no clutter, just what matters.
03
Work through your checklist before and after you arrive. Each task has clear instructions and links. Track your progress as you go.
Features
Domestic and international students see different tasks. Specific countries too.
Tasks are grouped by urgency so you always know what to tackle first.
Focus on visa tasks, accommodation, IT setup — whatever you need right now.
Add it to your home screen and access your checklist like a native app.
Completely free. Uni-List has no business model. It's a free service built by the Uni-Life team to make student arrivals less stressful.
Important notice
Please read before using Uni-List
Uni-List is built and maintained by the Uni-Life team — it is not an official product of any university. Checklists are compiled based on publicly available guides, websites, and documents provided by universities, but are not verified or endorsed by them.
While we do our best to keep information accurate and up to date, you should always verify each step directly with your university. Uni-Life does not accept responsibility for any errors, omissions, or incomplete tasks.
If in doubt, contact your university's international student office or student services team directly.
